Is The United States a country of Laws?

I have said it before and they never prove we wrong the is no “Rule of Law “ in the United States anymore.

Latest form a Dane County judge maryann summi has issued a temporary restraining order blocking the states new Collective Bargaining Law. The Wisconsin State Congress passed the law and Gov. Walker signed it. That is the way the United States used to work.

Just so everyone understands maryann summi is a county judge not a Federal judge.

Judge Roger Vinson, in Pensacola, Fla., ruled  obamacare was unconstitutional but obama just thumbed his nose at the judge.

Rahm (deadfish) was ruled ineligible to run for the mayor of Chicago  Dead fish didn’t meet the requirements he didn’t live in Chicago for 1 year. The last time I looked he lived in DC. By a 2-to-1 vote, the appeals court decided that Emanuel should not appear on the Feb. 22 ballot. Of course with obama pulling the strings in Illinois the Demon-Cratic Supreme court overturned the appeals court.

Eric Holder would not prosecute the black panthers (his people) even though there is video and sworn statements showing his people intimidating voters.

The original order of things the American people elected people to go to Washington and pass laws that were to their benefits. The Congress was supposed to interview people the President appointed for important jobs.

Somehow that doesn’t seem to be the case with the obama administration. obama appoints CZARS and the congress has nothing to say about it.

I thinks the Founding Fathers are spinning in their graves.

obama, Reed, & Ploooossiiee twisted arms and bought votes to pass obamacare. I don’t think this meets the “Rule of Law”
